Get well card ...

... for a man. Made using an image from Joanna Sheen's Oriental Dreams CD. A5 card with linen card for the image, on a ribbon which can be detached, and there is another of the same picture underneath stuck to the card, so the card is still complete. A brad and peel-offs.

Two "Thank You" cards ...

One is for a friend who went fishing, and kindly gave us one of the catch ... duly "sorted" ... so that all it needs now is cooking! This is an A6 card, and the image is from Joanna Sheen's Oriental Dreams CD. A few peel-offs and gems to complete it.

The other is for another friend who kindly gave me a fleece duffle coat for the winter ... really kind. The handbag card is from the Glitter Girls Dress to Impress board, and the "fur" is printed from Joanna Sheen's Animal Antics CD. Finished off with some "snake" paper from Coppernob, ribbon handle and peel-offs.

Follow up ...

... to the wedding cards sent to Italy ... I believe this will be sent on the 1 month anniversary of the wedding day. All the elements relate to the ceremony. Different!!!

A pleasant diversion ...

... to the sadness of the past week, since loosing our beloved Zoe ... I made this Fancy Paper Folding as my first attempt from Coppernob's Couture Collection. I found that the pattern was not difficult to follow, and not a long drawn out process ... similar to any project undertaken. Hope that encourages a few others to give these a go ... and if you are holding back, don't!!! Any comments ... good or bad gladly received, as I am not too sure!!!!

For a young girl ...

... who has done really well in her exams ... she is only 8 years old, so I thought I would do the dress from the Dress to Impress board from the Glitter Girls. Just embellished with some contrasting coloured card, gems and peel offs.
