... commissioned by a friend for her son, who has just got engaged. It is made from tapestry card - ivory and pale blue. The lace is stuck between the two layers and these are 3D!!! On the top section are gem borders, die cut initials and roses. Finished off with peel-offs.
... to someone who was extremely kind the other day. This again is from the Everyday kit I got from Ideal World/Create & Craft a few weeks back. Pre-embossed white A5 card and toppers of an oval with a cornflower pot on top with an additional pot 3D decoupaged. A butterfly also on 3D pads. Finished off with a tag attached with a silver brad and peel-off 'Thanks'. (Sorry about the glare from the flash!)
... found out yesterday that it's my friends anniversary today ... uggghhh .... how could I forget!!! Well at least I didn't miss it!!! It is an A6 white linen card with a topper and vellum from Joanna Sheen's Victorian Companion CD set. I have embossed it using the Glitter Girls Majestic board. A few peel-offs to finish it off!
... for a friend. Made using my Everyday C&C POTD kit. A white embossed card and toppers of a teddy with a bunch of flowers, a thinking of you topper and embellished with a flower sequin and a couple of leaf shaped gems.
... for this I have used Sharon Duncan's Diamond Anniversary CD and printed out the ivory couple onto glossy card and stuck it onto a red card with 3D foam ~ shaped with a diamond top!!! There is a gem in the necklace. Also printed out was a banner, which has "Happy Anniversary" peel-offs on it.
... this time, I went down the easy route ... using a kit I bought from Create and Craft/Ideal World that they had as a pick of the day a while back. I decoupaged the flower, added three gems (!), and finished it off with the Wedding Anniversay peel-off, and hey presto ~ one anniversary card!!!
... for a friend. As you can probably guess she is fake fur crazy!!! So I thought this would be the ideal gift, as she is also a shoe-aholic!!! It also fits the "Where the wild things are" ~ Animal ~ Challenge. This looks even better in real life, as the fur really shines although it is only printed on silk inkjet paper.
It is about A6 size, on yellow card and brown card. I have used leopard backing papers from Joanna Sheen's Animal Antics CD, and I used the Coppernob Elegant Shoe template. Very simply finished off with 3 gems and some peel-offs, and a bow.(Picture doesn't do it justice ~ colourwise ... the background fur is similar in colour to the yellow card!)
... have been agonizing over this card for about a week, and the anniversary is this week, so I thought I ought to make it! Finally inspiration struck!!! A5 cream card with background paper from Joanna Sheen's Oriental Dreams CD and the matching toppers, backed onto blue card. A separate blue panel with Happy Anniversary peel-off, organza ribbon and a Wizard buckle. My favourite embellishment (well, apart from cuttlebug's that is!) the three gems. Have used one of the smallest toppers on the back to follow the theme, and there is also an insert with one on too. Hope you like my effort.
