New Home Card Commission ...

... for a friend. A6 red card (yes, I know it looks pink ... it's the flash, and that is my excuse and I am sticking to it!). Have made a ruffled oval aperture, using Wizard Nestabilities, and an image printed on vellum from Joanna Sheen's Oriental Dreams CD. The frame and the cabachon with the "new home" peel-offs are made from wood-type paper (looks and feels like wood!). I used a Sakura glitter pen to go round the edges of the ovals. To finish it off I have used a red organza ribbon with a chinese coin on the bottom.

what sets of the scalloped oval nestabilities did you use to get that size of "mat" around the picture oval? I have been obsessing over getting the nestabilities but i need more convincing...what do you think of them???

I have used the small scalloped oval nestabilities (the middle two I think) and love them to bits ... they really are great. Hope that helps.
