Thank you commission ...

... card. Was asked to make an A6 Thank You card. It is made on pale blue card with an aperature made using the Wizard Nestabilities ... as is the frame and the acetate is also cut using the same dies. The flowers are from the Glitter Girls Majestic board and the leaves are from the Bookatrix board. Finished off with a gem in the middle of each flower and peel-offs reading "Thank You".

My first ATC ...

... I made it for a friend who didn't know what one was. And for those who still don't know ... they are Artist Trading Cards. This one is from the Cupcake Crafts Oriental CD, and it is an image of a Japanese lady with her dog. I have also done the matching envelope.

Engagement card ...

... for a young couple. A4 cream hammered card folded into an odd shape!!! A heart from the Glitter Girls Romance board, with the centre cut out and a bunch of roses stuck behind. The embossed lines are also from the Romance board. A few peel-offs to finish it off. I have also made a box and used flowers and leaves from the Bookatrix board and a bow from the Illusion board.

Diamond anniversary commission ...

... made using the Glitter Girls Bookatrix board. The box was used making the M&F board and the Bookatrix board for the window. Each of the layers in the Bookatrix have been photographed separately before I stuck them together. The bottom layer has a pair of glasses from the Glitter Girls Celebration board, embellished with white gems. The middle layer has a silhouette couple from Joanna Sheen's Dancing With Shadows CD, and a heart from the Celebration board topped with a heart gem. The top layer has a different heart, but again from the Celebration board and a photo of the couple in the centre. On the other side is a diamond embossed using the Romance board, a 60th numbers, flower and a ribbon. When they are all stuck together a big white ribbon was tied round it. The box is finished off with some flowers from the Majestic board, leaves from the Bookatrix board and some peel-offs. And the finished card in its box is pictured.

Engagement card commission ...

... left completely up to me to do as I wished!!! A6 red card which was folded in half and then the front page was folded back again. It was then embossed with a heart and lines from the Glitter Girls Romance board. A few peel-offs, a rose, some leaves and ribbon. Finished off with three gems.

Another card ...

... made for the fun of it. I was watching the Glitter Girls demo this on Create and Craft, so I thought I would give it a go!!! The card shape is achieved using an A4 card on grooves 2 and 5 on Coppernob's M&F board. The Glitter Girls Celebration board was used for the panels. Finished off with gems and an image from Joanna Sheen's Victorian Companion CD set cut out using a Wizard Nestability.

Wedding card ...

... for a couple of young friends. The theme colours for the wedding were ivory and burgundy, so I am hoping this card is close enough to fit in!! It is an A6 silver mirri card. Hearts are embossed using Glitter Girls Celebration board, the letters are done on the Illusion board, and the ribbon was made using the Bowshaper. A few peel-offs and hey presto!!

Commissioned card ...

... as a memory since first meeting her boyfriend one year ago. All the elements mean something to the couple. The first picture is the front, then inside left and inside right. The couple play poker and met in the "Cat and Fiddle" pub ... so now you understand the pictures.
